Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the 16th ISBAB Symposium was forced to be postponed for two years and finally held in Taiwan in November 2022, with in-person and virtual presentations. The ISBAB Board of Directors requested Taiwan continue to host the 17th meeting to resume all regular activities of ISBAB. It is our great pleasure to invite you to join the 17th International Symposium on Biocatalysis and Agricultural Biotechnology (17th ISBAB), which will be held from Nov. 8-10, 2023, at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taichung, Taiwan. This Symposium is jointly organized by NCHU, the International Society of Biocatalysis and Agricultural Biotechnology (ISBAB), Academia Sinica, and the National Science and Technology Council, Taiwan. The 17th ISBAB intends to create a forum for all scientists majoring in biocatalysis and agricultural biotechnology, and related research fields. The central theme of the 17th ISBAB symposium focuses on Biocatalysis and Bioprocesses, Agricultural Biotechnology, Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals, and AI application in complementary and herbal medicine biotechnology.
